Art Of Asana

Come enjoy local art and yoga March 13th at the Yoga Project in Arlington!  The Art of Asana will feature a 90 minute yoga class and yoga inspired art work to raise money and awareness for the Empowered Youth Initiative.

Why?
Chelsea Roff is raising $8,000 for the Empowered Youth Initiative, a program that allows up-and-coming community leaders to gain experience working with young people to break cycles of crime, poverty, drug use, and pain in their communities. Proceeds will support organizations engaged in cutting edge work with disenfranchised youth in Los Angeles and allow Chelsea to attend an on-the-ground training program there in April. She will return with tools to be a better advocate for youth in our community and abroad.

Details and Information:

5:30pm-7:00pm: An invigorating yoga class focused on using our bodies as art, co-taught by Stacy Dockins and Chelsea Roff (Minimum Donation: $25)

7:00pm-9:00pm: Art Auction: Bid on art pieces, enjoy refreshments, meet local artists, hear live music, and more (FREE!!!)

Sign-up or make a donation
You DO NOT have to attend both to participate. If you're out of town and still wish to contribute, please make a donation by clicking the "DONATE ONLY" option at the link above. Sign up now! We're expecting to sell out quickly.
