Privates are held via Zoom or in person in Chandler-Gilbert. Depending on your needs, you can have a session once a week, biweekly, or monthly.

breath work, movement (somatics, exercises, stretching, myofascial release), mindfulness, trauma and therapeutic recovery, grief and self-regulation techniques, meditation, and relaxation.
