Hello, I'm Patience McGrane, formerly Monroe, and I'm a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200/500, Grief Movement Guide, and Trauma and Resilience Life Coach. I've taught Yoga since 2013 and have been practicing and studying since 2005.
Over the past twenty years, I have learned to listen to my body during the darkest times and to nurture my heart and mind while finding my way out of pain, suffering, and the struggles associated with trauma, loss, and grief. This journey has led me to emotional liberation and peace.
I didn't do it alone, and there were moments when I wanted to give up, but I persevered. Now, I want to partner with you through your journey—whether you're grieving, stressed, anxious, coping with chronic issues, dealing with injuries, facing an unhealthy relationship, or feeling stuck after trying to make changes and failing repeatedly.
My custom-tailored approach will embrace you—body, soul, and mind—and help you move toward peace and emotional freedom.
