Please feel free to contact me and have your questions answered over a 15-minute phone or Zoom call. This call aims to discover if private Yoga with Patience sessions are the support that will embrace and nurture you as you heal from trauma and grief.

Yoga practice to support the mind, body, and spirit as it heals from trauma and grief.
One hour of Embraced Grief Yoga/Movement is suitable for all and can be done in a chair or on a yoga mat. It is best for those navigating grief after trauma or loss because it can help the body self-regulate and release tension, discomfort, and pain. This conscious yoga practice does not eradicate grief. Yet, it can lower subjective and objective stress, decrease heart rate and blood pressure, and improve immune function and emotional well-being.
Immediately following the yoga class is an optional thirty minutes for reflection and sharing, with compassion and solace, for those who wish to connect by fostering community and understanding.
All grief is welcome.
What you need:
Mat (we have extras)
Journal and Pen
Water
Eye pillow (optional)
Momento - photo or keepsake

Make time to support your mind, body, and heart as you navigate grief and honor someone you love.
These unique monthly mind-body workshops, each with a distinct theme, offer an intentional mind-body practice for loss and grief.
They are based upon Grief Yoga founder Paul Denniston's teachings and designed for those seeking to release pain and suffering, which often hide in our system after trauma, loss, and grief. Stuck pain and hurt in the body can make you feel more stressed, disconnected, anxious, and, for some, even ill.
This workshop offers a safe space for emotional release and exploration. We compassionately use movement, breath, and sound to transform trauma and grief in the body.
This practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical abilities. You can sit in a chair or practice from your yoga mat, and most participants will find the sound bath most enjoyable while lying down.
Each workshop will briefly educate and explore ways to support the mind and body during trauma, loss, and grief. You will experience a complete grief movement: yoga, an extended savasana as you rest listening to a healing sound bath.
What to bring:
Grief is unique to everyone and can last a lifetime, a couple of months, or as long as you miss or love who or what you lost. Group grief practices are ways to care for your body and emotional well-being, release what you need, and remember with love.
Early bird pricing is $35.00 up to 7 days before the Workshop, and then it is $45.00 unless otherwise noted.
