Embraced Grief Yoga offers an opportunity to compassionately explore your grief with movement, sound, breath, and rest in community with others experiencing loss.

Embraced Grief Yoga is a compassionate time to immerse yourself in self-care and release tension in the body and emotions. This practice combines various yoga and self-regulating techniques with grief processes.

It's more than a yoga practice; it's a transformative journey that guides you from pain to peace, loss to love, and emotional turmoil to empowerment. This practice is not just about physical flexibility or fitness; it's about emotional release and empowerment. It can be done in a chair or on a yoga mat, making it accessible for all bodies.
